About Kylie

As a professional wedding photographer for over 10 years I had the privilege of witnessing and gaining insight into the world of weddings!. The most memorable being those that were engaging and personal.

Upon becoming a wedding celebrant in 2009, I knew that my passion was to engage people in the bride and groom’s excitement, their personalities, their love and the significance of witnessing two people choosing one another, above all others.

I believe the wedding ceremony is the benchmark for the rest of the day’s celebration.

Your wedding should be fun, memorable, touching and most of all engaging and enjoyable for all involved.

My friends and colleagues describe me as friendly, genuine, funny and professional. My previous experience in theatre, television presenting and as a professional singer ensures I deliver a polished, interesting and memorable wedding ceremony.

I truly appreciate that I am invited to share the beginning of a couples’ ever after, I don’t take this privilege lightly in fact I am very grateful for the rewarding responsibility.

I am a full time Civil Celebrant, based in Cairns, conducting weddings across the Far North of Queensland and I love to travel! I have extensive experience in the Mission Beach area.

I balance life with yoga, stand up paddle boarding, especially love live music with friends and great food. I read voraciously and have two creative teenagers that bring such love and pride into my life.
